Responsibilities: • Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions • Ensure that classes are fun and engaging while also being physically challenging and safe for participants • Teach fitness classes to different-sized groups of fitness studio members and guests • Utilize social media and networking to promote classes, programs, and encourage new membership • Offer outstanding customer service in accordance with company policies Qualifications: • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Must possess a current certification for fitness instructing • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
