Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies • Instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members and guests • Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking • Ensure that classes are fun and engaging while also being physically challenging and safe for participants • Motivate customers to continue exercising and help make healthy choices Qualifications: • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • This role requires fitness instructor certification • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
