    About the Role

We’re hiring high‑energy group fitness coaches to deliver team‑based, community focussed F45 sessions with excellent cueing, safety, and member care. You’ll create a welcoming, inclusive vibe for new and experienced members and help them feel confident, challenged, and supported in every class.

    What You’ll Do

Coach & motivate: Lead members through the daily F45 program; demo movements, manage stations, warm‑ups, and cool‑downs

Cue & scale: Provide smart regressions/progressions and clear, real‑time form corrections to prevent injury

Member experience: Learn names/goals, build personal connections, and champion an upbeat, professional environment

Trials & consults: Conduct brief, goal‑oriented consultations for trial members to support conversions and retention

Studio standards: Open/close duties; set up, break down, clean, and reset equipment; uphold cleanliness and safety

Brand focus: Promote and sell F45 services only; assist with membership growth and retention

Demonstration: Confidently perform each exercise with excellent technique as needed during class

    What You’ll Bring

Character, care, and communication: Positive spark, member‑first mindset, and strong public speaking

Growth mindset: Thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment; enjoys meeting lots of people

Experience: Group training experience (or show us you’ll be great at it) and 1+ year as a personal or group fitness trainer

Technical chops: Solid understanding of functional movement, HIIT, and heart‑rate‑based training

Reliability: Consistent evenings/PM availability; weekends required

Digital fluency: Comfortable using social media (Instagram/Facebook) for community engagement

Bonus: F45 background and/or HYROX/functional strength coaching experience

    Certifications (Required)

Nationally accredited fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, PTA Global, ISSA)
