Winds of Change is currently hiring Part-Time Group Home Night Staff and On-Call Group Home Staff in Missoula, MT. As a valued member of our team, you will provide essential overnight care and support, assist with daily routines, and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment grounded in dignity, respect, and encouragement. Now Hiring: Position Available: • On-Call Group Home Staff Schedule (Part-Time Night Staff): • 12-hour overnight shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) • 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM-6:00 PM) On-Call Staff Requirements: • Must be available to pick up a minimum of three (3) shifts per month • Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed What You’ll Do: • Support residents with daily living activities and personal care • Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment • Prepare and serve nutritious meals • Monitor resident safety and well-being, including overnight supervision • Build meaningful relationships and foster a positive, supportive atmosphere Benefits: • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave (for eligible positions) • 401(k) retirement plan • Comprehensive health insurance • Dental and vision coverage If you’re passionate about helping others and want to be part of a compassionate, purpose-driven organization, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living • Address communication skills • Identify and implement symptom management skills • Develop social support systems • Cleaning common areas • Assist with medication distribution • Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities • Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line • Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day • Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager • Ability to maintain regular attendance • Complete required documentation in a timely manner Qualifications: • Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED • Experience: No Experience necessary • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
