We are currently hiring Full-Time Group Home Staff in Missoula, MT, for both day and night shifts. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out in caregiving, we provide the training and support you need to succeed. Now Hiring: Full-Time Positions Night Shift Schedule: Monday, Thursday & Friday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Day Shift Schedule: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM What You’ll Do: • Support residents with daily living activities and personal care • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment • Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs • Monitor resident safety and well-being, including overnight support • Accurately document care and communicate with team members • Build positive relationships and create a supportive atmosphere Benefits: • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave (for eligible positions) • 401(k) retirement plan • Health, dental, and vision insurance If you’re compassionate, dependable, and ready to be part of a team that values people and community, apply today! Responsibilities: • Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living • Address communication skills • Identify and implement symptom management skills • Develop social support systems • Cleaning common areas • Assist with medication distribution • Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities • Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line • Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day • Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager • Ability to maintain regular attendance • Complete required documentation promptly Qualifications: • Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED • Experience: No Experience necessary • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
