    NOW HIRING: Full-Time Overnight Group Home Staff Member- Night Shift w/ Sign On Bonus Location: Missoula, Montana • $500 Sign-On Bonus • $250 after 3 months • $250 after 6 months Join the Team at Winds of Change For over 20 years, Winds of Change has provided compassionate, person-centered care to individuals in our community. We are currently seeking dependable and caring team members to join our overnight staff. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living • Address communication skills • Identify and implement symptom management skills • Develop social support systems • Cleaning common areas • Assist with medication distribution • Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities • Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line • Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day • Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager • Ability to maintain regular attendance • Complete required documentation promptly Qualifications: • Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED • Experience: No Experience necessary • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
