About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Home Supervisor to join our team at Remedy Roads LLC in Omaha, NE. As a Supervisor for Developmental Disabilities, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care for individuals with developmental disabilities and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities for individuals with developmental disabilities

Provide guidance and support to direct care staff

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies

Manage and maintain a clean and organized group home environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a group home setting

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others

Must be available by phone for your team 24/7
