About the Opportunity

DirectPath Recruiting Services is proud to partner with a dynamic, fast-growing automotive supplier seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the manufacturing floor. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to make an immediate impact in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate team leads and hourly production staff

• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met

• Review and prioritize production schedules to meet delivery deadlines

• Identify and resolve operational and personnel issues effectively

• Coordinate training and cross-training efforts for team members

• Monitor and drive performance in safety, 5S, efficiency, and product quality

• Communicate clearly across all levels of the team and leadership

• Flex across departments as needed to support production demands

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/production experience

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

• Able to lift up to 33 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a high-energy, industrial environment

• Willing and able to work rotating shifts and overtime
