    The Opportunity

    The Corporate Sales Operations Group Manager, a member of the Global Sales Strategy and Operations team within the GTM & Sales Organization, will partner with sales to manage innovative go-to-market strategies, plans, and programs that delight customers and foster growth in the DME Corporate B2B Field organization. Focus areas include maintaining global outlook ownership, conducting sales performance analysis, and refining processes to increase team and sales effectiveness.

    Expectations:

    • Ownership of global operations for Corporate Account Management team
    • Responsiveness internally on Sales Ops deliverables and externally for cross-functional partners
    • Effective prioritization across workstreams and alignment with manager and sales partners

    What you'll Do

    • Be the COO (Chief Operating Officer) to the Corporate specialist team sales leader to accelerate the business
    • Provide timely sales analytics and narratives including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
    • Develop and measure operating plan benchmarks to ladder up to quarterly goals
    • Support in developing innovative sales motions to drive new and expansion revenue
    • Continuous identification of opportunities for process efficiency and elimination of manual tasks
    • Coordinate Quota setting, territory planning, and compensation results
    • Lead teams to the creation of dashboards for self-service reporting
    • Manage, mentor, and develop staff and team members

    What Success Looks like:

    • Owning weekly outlook process with accurate and timely output
    • Proactive insights about business performance, trends, and sales benchmarks
    • Automating and improving manual processes with team over time
    • Positive relationship with sales leaders - finding a balance between independent viewpoints and collaboration

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $278,750 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $192,500 - $278,750

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
