The position will be part of our Application Support team. The Application Support Specialist will work closely with our Software Development and Quality Assurance teams. We desire a candidate with strong problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills who can collaborate across functional groups. The focus of this position will be the hands-on support for users of our internally developed trading software. Our software includes an information-dense user interface, a high-throughput, low latency parallel computational core, server components, interfaces to exchanges, market data sources, and execution systems. The ideal candidate will participate in oversight of application monitoring, troubleshooting and process improvement.
