Attention, Behavior and Cognition is a group practice providing outpatient therapy and assessment services out of two locations in Holden and Worcester. We initially opened in 2017 and have continued to grow over the years. Our primary goal is to hire and retain both licensed and license-eligible providers who are looking for opportunities to increase their independence and autonomy, create a flexible schedule, choose desired benefits, and obtain the highest level of pay through a consistent, predictable salary.

At this time, we are looking to hire at least one provider for our Holden office. Preference will be given to those who are licensed in MA as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Psychologist. However, we also have opportunities for those who are actively working towards licensure.

We offer a compensation package that includes the following benefits:

A highly competitive salary of $85,000/year (not an estimate or range) based on providing 26 sessions per week for licensed/masters levels providers.

Interested applicants must:

Be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts

Have some availability during afternoons, evenings or weekends

Demonstrate excellent clinical documentation, communication and time management skills.

Have training and experience providing therapy services to children, adolescents, adults and/or families.

Provide at least two professional references.
