    • Receive and respond to group reservation inquiries promptly.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand group requirements and negotiate terms and conditions.
    • Efficiently handle the booking process, including room allocations, rates, and contract agreements.
    • Act as the main point of contact for group organizers, addressing their queries and concerns.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Provide detailed information about the venue's facilities and services to meet group needs.
    • Communicate group details and special requests to relevant departments and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality operations, particularly in group reservations or event coordination preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
