About the Role:

Join Faithful Friends Family Services as a Group Home House Manager/Supervisor in Petersburg, VA! This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a dedicated team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a group home setting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the group home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Supervise staff and provide training to promote best practices in care.

Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.

Coordinate activities and programs that enhance residents’ quality of life.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of resident progress.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

Act as a liaison between families, staff, and external agencies.

Conduct regular staff meetings to foster communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a group home or similar setting.

Valid CPR and First Aid certification.

Strong leadership skills with a passion for helping others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of developmental disabilities and mental health issues.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
