Job Description:

The Grout Doctor® is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Grout Technician to join our team. As a Grout Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and restoring the appearance of tile surfaces to exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing the needs and concerns of clients before, during, and after the restoration process.

Educate customers on the scope of work, expected outcomes, and post-service maintenance practices.

Perform high-quality grout and tile services, including:

Grout cleaning

Grout sealing

Grout repair and replacement

Caulking

Grout staining

Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques to achieve optimal results in grout and tile restoration.

Communicate effectively with clients to recommend products and maintenance strategies that will prolong the life of their tile surfaces.

Ensure timely arrival to scheduled appointments and maintain open communication with clients regarding any delays or changes in schedule.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in tile and grout restoration, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field of grout and tile restoration.

Pay Rate: $17.00 for first 90 days; $18.00 after 90 days; eligible for commission after 6 months
