The COO for GrowStackDrive will be a goal – setting, leadership – minded individual ready to supervise staff, build up a team, and work directly with the busy schedule of the CEO to deliver results in a fast – paced environment. Seeking a person skilled in planning and communication who can identify creative solutions to improve a business while using knowledge of business administration and finance to enhance the overall success of the organization. COO will engage with daily tasks to push, debug, and drive the organization with oversight, staff training, and participating in all marketing efforts. Candidate will be a committed and consistent individual who efficiently handles communications for the company, spearheads trainings and growth opportunities, and effectively ensures quotas are met so company can stay on track. Responsibilities: • Work closely with CEO to create more space for integrating the company’s vision • Oversee staff and assist in the development of a healthy work culture using Core Values • (passion, focus, intentionality, teachability, and flexibility) and Daily Routines (gratitude, affirmations) • Supervise staff meetingsInspect all key Departments and Divisions • Review stats and quotas to ensure areas that are down get assistance • Monitor profitability and ensure company is viable on weekly basis by reviewing spreadsheet reports • Regularly meet with CEO to coordinate strategic planning and program implementation • Meet with PR and Marketing teams to review results of current strategies and continuously adjust to create more expansion • Review weekly reports to ensure they are accurate and the actions are done in alignment with current programs • Participate in Podcasts, radio shows, TV shows, and press interviews to represent the brand • Develop new opportunities to expand CEO’s book sales • Build a personal brand with the company across daily life activities/ merchandising • Create and monitor daily KPIs for current and future employees • Handle all communications in a timely manner (within 24 hours) and direct to correct terminals in organization • Train staff • Supervise and grow opportunities for the company • Create and implement processes to scale and maximize profits for the company • Plan events throughout the year • Build relationships with the Community and diligently work to enhance each member’s experience by: calling and texting via working CRM, hand-writing notes, interacting daily via social media platforms • Maintain executive awareness by taking action and staying on top of necessary changes Qualifications: • Determined, driven, and ambitious • Results – proven leadership skills including the ability to delegate and take chances • Consistent in day to day tasks and big picture vision for company • Confident, composed, credible, with a strong character that feeds the executive presence required to fill this role • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and social media platforms • Fast learner or already familiar with management software (Manajet, Enterprise Resource Planning) • Action – oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ongoing commitment to network, experiment, lift people’s spirits, stay informed, and stay healthy to build team and better assist CEO Compensation: $100,000 annual salary plus 2% of Profit and 10% of personal sales
