Job Title: Grow Technician (Entry-Level / Trim & Cultivation Support)

Position Summary

The Grow Technician supports daily operations within a licensed medical marijuana cultivation facility. This role focuses on plant care, harvesting, trimming, cleaning, and maintaining a compliant, organized grow environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

Key Responsibilities

Plant Care & Cultivation Support

• Assist with watering, feeding, and general plant maintenance under supervisor direction
• Perform defoliation, pruning, and trellising as needed
• Monitor plants for signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies
• Maintain proper environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow)

Harvesting & Processing

• Assist in harvesting plants according to schedule
• Trim cannabis (wet and dry trimming) to company quality standards
• Buck plants, remove fan leaves, and prepare product for drying/curing
• Weigh and record harvest data accurately

Sanitation & Compliance

• Clean and sanitize grow rooms, tools, and equipment regularly
• Follow all Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority ( OMMA ) compliance regulations
• Maintain accurate logs for plant tracking and daily tasks
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of plant waste

Facility Maintenance

• Keep work areas organized and free of debris
• Assist with resetting rooms between harvest cycles
• Support inventory counts and supply restocking
