    LMFT LCSW or LPCC Now Hiring licensed therapists in the San Diego area to join our team of therapists at all locations who love working with children and teens. Must have two years of experience working with youth. We are an outpatient private practice. Referrals, intake staff, billing, and marketing are provided. We are hiring licensed therapists in the following locations at this time: Sorrento Valley, La Mesa, Eastlake, Scripps Ranch, Oceanside!  Responsibilities: • Complete assessments for diagnosis and treatment plan in outpatient psychotherapy • Provide excellent clinical care in outpatient including individual, family, and couples counseling to children, teens, adults, and families • Create and execute treatment plans for various clinical concerns: anxiety, depression, trauma disorders of childhood and adulthood • Work with couples when needed • Patient retention after intake • Utilizing the software for accurate records keeping, billing, and scheduling of future appointments after intake • Access to unlimited consultation • Access to the resource library • Offices are equipped with games, art supplies, and toys for your use • Coffee and snacks provided • Leadership development • Group consultation with the team available as needed Qualifications: • Must be available to see clients on evenings or weekends or evenings and for a minimum of 8 hours per week up to 40 hours per week; Full time preferred! • 20 hours per week qualifies for health insurance benefits. Opportunities to work both in-office and remotely.  • Must be licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC in California. One year minimum commitment at the start, but most stay long term! • Team player and willingness to support peers in consulting on cases and covering care on leaves • Provide quality care and confidence in skills • Open to learning and growth • Multicultural competence • Preferred: Bilingual, experience with military families, desire for growth within the company Compensation: $70,000 - $84,000 yearly
