    AS A CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER AT GROWERS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

    • Contributing to a well-rounded and high performing customer success team
    • Overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption
    • Directly supporting customer accounts in order to develop a deep understanding of the ag industry, ag retails role in the industry, Growers competitors in the industry and Growers technology solutions
    • Leading training sessions for new clients
    • Maintaining effective communication to product and engineering, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard
    • Escalating to department leaders (both internal and external), as necessary
    • Working with marketing to evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
    • Building a technical understanding of our products and providing accessible explanations of technical capabilities and limitations to non-technical customers

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years experience in customer success management or similar functions within a technology and/or enterprise SaaS company
    • Curiosity, humility, empathy and a positive attitude that motivates you and others to uncover new ways to drive the success of our customer accounts
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships and trust with client stakeholders and users of our technology products
    • Proven ability to learn quickly, synthesize information and solve problems creatively
    • Strong written and verbal communication ability to influence and foster understanding across a wide range of stakeholders
    • Ag retail or Enterprise SaaS sales software experience a plus
    • Strong problem solving and customer service skills
