We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Manager. You will manage, lead, and drive continuous improvement activities at our Danvers, MA site in the Life Science Cluster achieving throughput, cost, quality, service, and/or safety improvements. As essential for the candidate is a positive record of accomplishment in implementing and inspiring an organization for daily continuous improvement using your knowledge of lean manufacturing. The candidate will lead transformational projects, coach other individuals running lean projects, and support the local management team in building a daily continuous improvement culture.
