Salary: $40 - $50 an hour [BCaBA] Salary: $80 - $90 an hour [BCBA]

Parent Training Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday

POSITION SUMMARY:

Looking for a competent BCBA / BCaBA with an open mind and heart for the work! Someone with a passion and shared vision for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis willing to grow and develop their skills. New BCBA's / BCaBA's are welcome to apply!

Job Highlights:

Willing to learn and competently and consistently use a PRT implementation model for programming across clients

Schedule and attend weekly meetings with parents

Collect data on all parent training goals

Teach parents implementation of ABA and PRT according to goals set forth in assessment

Provides feedback and training to parents on implementation of procedures

Teach parents how to collect data on goals

Teach parents how to follow and FBA with efficacy

Co-facilitates monthly team meetings

Submits draft of progress report to director by assigned due date

QUALIFICATIONS:

BCBA / BCaBA Certification

Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual and/or unit wide behavioral programs

Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures

Valid driver's license in state of residence and acceptable driving record.

Have a clean background check

MD LBA (or willing to get it where applicable)
