Who We’re Looking For: You’re a natural people person with membership sales experience. Someone who’s confident calling leads, loves helping others, and thrives in a goal-driven environment. You’re reliable, upbeat, and ready to grow with a new studio on the rise.

Your Role as a Sales Associate

Call, text, and follow up with leads to convert them into members

Build strong relationships with new and current clients

Help maintain high retention and create a welcoming studio vibe

Represent BODYBAR at events and in the community

Track and hit your sales and booking goals

Assist with studio upkeep to keep everything running smoothly

What You Bring:

Sales experience (fitness sales is a plus but not required)

Confident communicator on the phone, over text, and in-person

Self-motivated and goal-oriented—you love a good challenge

Passion for Pilates and helping others feel their best

Able to work some mornings, evenings, and weekends
