    Primary Spine Institute is a corrective spine clinic in Charlotte, NC, transforming spinal health through ethical, non-invasive care. We’re on a fast-growth trajectory, and we’re hiring our first Growth & Business Development Lead; a high-impact, hands-on role for someone ready to drive measurable patient growth, build strategic community partnerships, and optimize digital performance.

    The Core Objective

    Your primary responsibility is to double new patient volume within 90 days.

    This is not a support marketing role, this is ownership of measurable growth. You will be accountable for results and have the autonomy to create strategies, test ideas, and iterate quickly.

    What You’ll Own

    Community & Partnerships

    Build high-value referral relationships with pediatric offices, Pilates & yoga studios, schools, sports clubs, and healthcare partners

    Represent PSI at events and partner locations

    Develop creative initiatives to grow referrals within current patients

    Digital & Growth Systems

    Analyze website traffic and conversion performance (Google Analytics 4)

    Identify drop-offs and recommend improvements to increase patient conversion

    Manage Google Business Profile performance

    Track leads, campaign ROI, and growth metrics across digital and community channels

    Support content initiatives including social media, monthly newsletters, and blog contributions

    Create patient reactivation campaigns leveraging the database

    Strategy & Ownership

    Work directly with founders to refine messaging, strategy, and ROI reporting

    Test, iterate, and implement new ideas to drive measurable results

    Take full ownership of initiatives and their outcomes
