JOB SUMMARY: To process the company’s bills and invoices for dedicated customer and ensure completed timely and accurately.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Enter vendor bills into QuickBooks daily as they arrive (to be completed within 24-48 hours).
Process accurate and complete customer invoices, as requests arrive.
Address vendor billing issues and inquiries.
Create, update and publish the following reports as required;
Respond to internal and external e-mails/phone calls within 24 hours.
Keep records/reports up-to-date.
