Appointment Setter Growth, LLC is a personal development company specializing in 1:1 coaching. We are currently looking to add an Appointment Setter to our team! We are looking for a self-starter who has a passion for sales and ability to push themselves to the next level. So, if motivated, driven and can work independently sounds like you, this may be the perfect role! We have a loyal world wide following of students that are interested in our personal and professional award-winning coaching and training. Our English speaking student base is all over the world, therefore communication will be over the phone talking to inspiring people that are wanting to live their life at the highest level. Some of our clients are top executives of Fortune 500 companies, Olympic athletes, and entrepreneurs wanting to take their productivity and success to the next level. You will need to be a high achiever with strong character and ethical values, as you will be working alongside a high performing "top shelf" student enrollment team. Experience in appointment setting, entry level sales and retention is what we are looking for in a candidate. We are friendly, fun, and yet a self-driven sales environment. You will be representing very well known New York Times bestselling authors and renown thought leaders in the area of personal and professional development. Our Requirements and Ideal Candidate: Motivated-work hard attitude-Strong work ethic Flexible and willing to learn Clean Criminal Background/Drug Screen Responsibilities: ~Appointment Setting: You will be speaking to our clients who have previously purchased a product on behalf of Brendon Burchard, high performance coach and working towards scheduling them with one of our sales team members to go through a process to qualify for a coaching program. These are very uplifting, positive conversations and most people will be excited to talk with you! ~Collections - Reaching out to clients that may be behind in payments and encouraging them to work towards a current balance so they can continue their journey with their coach. ~ Retention - (Saves) Speaking to clients in regards to the benefits of completing the coaching program. **This position is in Office, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Benefits include: -Very nice office space located in Gilbert, AZ -Highly Qualified leads/prospect -Great health, vision and dental benefits -Good base salary with competitive commissions -Working with co workers that only expect the best of themselves, and will take you in as part of our Growth family (former NFL players, Harvard nerds, MMA fighters, and award winning performers to give you an idea). -A feeling that you have made "the team" and work for one of the fastest growing companies in Arizona.
