As the Growth Marketer for SMB, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on paid media and email marketing. You are a results-oriented marketer who is equally comfortable diving deep into Google Ads campaign data as you are crafting a high-converting email nurture sequence. You will own key acquisition channels and be responsible for hitting aggressive pipeline and revenue targets. This is an opportunity to build, measure, and scale programs from the ground up, with a clear and measurable impact on the business.

The Team
Our Global SMB Marketing team is a dynamic, fast-paced group on a mission to secure the businesses that form the backbone of our economy. As we rapidly scale our SMB segment, we are looking for a Growth Marketer to build and optimize the digital engine that fuels our acquisition and pipeline generation. You will be a foundational member of the team, shaping our digital strategy and directly contributing to our growth in this critical market.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $165,000 - $207,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
