Growth & Partnerships Strategist - Field Marketing & Events
Skyward Consulting Group, LLC Territory: Illinois & Northwest Indiana Work Model: Hybrid (Field-Based + Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time | Salaried Skyward Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a growth-minded Growth & Partnerships Strategist (Field Marketing & Events) to support brand visibility, strategic partnerships, and lead-generation initiatives across Illinois and Northwest Indiana. This role is designed for a professional with 2–3 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of regional growth initiatives and work directly with leadership. As this function scales, the role is intended to grow into a management position. Hybrid role with regular on-site presence throughout Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST. Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience. Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 15%–20% of base salary, based on: • Event success rates • ROI and cost efficiency • Ownership and execution excellence • Partnership growth and strategic value This role is designed to evolve into a Growth & Partnerships Manager position as the function scales, with future responsibilities including budget ownership, hiring and managing assistants, and setting regional strategy. Flexibility required for approved evening or weekend events; time adjusted during the workweek. The individual is responsible for personally attending and managing the events they recommend. Responsibilities: • Research, identify, and evaluate regional events, expos, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities • Assess opportunities based on brand alignment, audience quality, cost, and ROI potential • Personally attend and manage events they recommend, including setup, engagement, and reporting • Represent Skyward brands and Gift My Home professionally at approved events • Track event costs, qualified leads, and conversion potential • Prepare post-event reports with recommendations • Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, and partners • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on follow-up systems Event Ownership KPIs: • Event quality and strategic fit • On-site execution and ownership • Qualified lead quality • Cost per qualified lead and ROI discipline • Post-event reporting within 48–72 hours • Lead routing and conversion support • Partnership development and repeat opportunities • Optimization of event portfolio over time Qualifications: • 2-3 years of experience with event coordination • Strategic growth and analysis skills • Located in Northwest Indiana or Illinois • Willing to travel for events • Ready to take ownership of regional growth initiatives • Ability to work directly with leadership • Flexibility required for approved evening or weekend events • Responsible for personally attending and managing the events they recommend Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
