What You Will Do
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform strategic insights
• Analyze market, financial, and operational data to identify opportunities and challenges
• Help structure client problems and develop evidence-based hypotheses
• Support creation of clear, compelling deliverables, reports, and presentations
• Participate in interviews, workshops, and working sessions with clients
• Contribute to the team’s thinking by bringing curiosity, creativity, and analytical rigor
Qualifications
You Will Be
Client‑oriented, with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Have 1-4 years of relevant professional experience, including consulting or equivalent experience in a strategy, client‑facing, or analytical role
Able to simplify complexity through structured analysis and clear thinking
Curious, creative, and analytical, with a strong interest in problem solving
A strategic thinker comfortable conducting quantitative and qualitative research
Inclusive, open‑minded, and committed to diverse perspectives
A collaborative team player who thrives in fast‑paced environments
**Required & Preferred Background **
Bachelor’s degree required (no specific major)
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word strongly preferred
Experience with coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is a plus

Salary
In compliance with Ilinois Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the State of Illinois and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications.
Salary Range: **** $90,000 - $120,000
