    Get your foot in the door for your next long-term home as a Booking Coordinator, where you will learn the ins and outs of the business, and then advance to Booking Manager.

    Booking Coordinator - Your Job Duties:

    You will begin with Coordinator duties, learning the business operations and supporting the team with duties including:

    • Assisting with preparation of contracts for events and gigs
    • Assisting with accounts receivable collections
    • Taking phone calls for potential bookings, providing customer service and facilitating the project through the sales pipeline
    • Manage booking calendar

    After mastering the basics, you will promote into Booking Manager, where you will book live shows and events, managing existing bookings (account management) and expanding your network and reach attending live music events and pursuing active sales efforts to identify new clients and musician partners.

    Booking Coordinator – You Have (Required):

    • A passion for working in the music industry
    • You’re a people person and love getting out on the scene, meeting new people, building relationships
    • A desire for growth – you will start as Coordinator and quickly advance within the company
    • Typing skills and abilities – you are comfortable navigating a computer, writing e-mails
    • Able to work in office daily in Charlotte – schedule anticipated 9am to 5pm M-F (may work an evening or weekend for an event for special events)
    • Flexibility in your schedule (gigs and events pop up) and personality – we’re a small business
    • A desire to challenge yourself and exceed goals – you enjoy problem solving and working with people
    • Working knowledge of Mac OS / Apple products – we operate on Apple (not required)

    This role is 100% in office.

    Your compensation is based on the monthly revenue of the company and will increase as your responsibilities and the company grow. (On average you will receive 10% of monthly company revenue, with opportunity to earn up to 25% as you expand your role.)
