Driller – What You Will Do:

You will manage your own drilling rig on one or more job sites on drilling projects throughout Southern California (approximately Bakersfield and surrounding area), performing vertical drilling (no horizontal drilling).

• Work on both prevailing wage and private projects
• Mud and rotary drilling projects (no hard rock)
• Frequent travel to job sites – some overnight may be required throughout Northern California
  

Driller– Required:

• Travel frequently throughout Southern California to job sites, and work overtime regularly (can be a 12 hour day)
• Have the ability to work in all weather conditions
• This role requires a clean driving record, and successful completion of a background check and drug test prior to start date
• Class A drivers license (strongly preferred)
  

Compensation DOE - starts at $28 per hour up to $40 per hour, plus overtime. On prevailing wage jobs, wage is $60 to $80 per hour, plus overtime at 1.5x or double time. You could make $160 per hour!
