Your Mission Criticals:
- Project management - ensure all client projects are running on time, efficiently and effectively including oversight of team projects and data analytics
- Project lead - Answer first level staff questions and problem solve recruitment challenges for client projects
- Recruiter - Serve as additional capacity for recruitment search work, performing direct search work
You are the captain on the field, solving recruitment challenges, working in a small business on a small team as part of the impact mission to provide holistic consulting services to clients and elevate the client recruitment experience.
Lead Recruiter / Project Manager - Your Daily Job Duties:
You will be responsible to efficiently and effectively project manage daily Firm operations (through both BigTime project management software and monitoring and serving as first level resource for staff), serving as a “buffer” between CEO and staff operations:
- Daily project management of team projects and the workflow of client deliverables – ensure client work is delivered in accordance with client agreements, timely and to Firm quality standards
- Lead weekly project dashboard meeting
- Lead ad hoc consultant check ins
- Review team deliverables (providing guidance, review notes)
- Assist team with inMail templates, client and candidate outreaches
- Sit in and assist with client meetings
- Provide advice, guidance and counsel regarding search strategy
- Review ATS, asking questions about ongoing progress/status, reviewing candidates for alignment with client needs, providing guidance
- Assist with sourcing – providing ideas, strategies, creative sourcing solutions
- Identify and solve project related challenges directly with the consulting team, escalating to CEO in a streamlined manner
- Support staff development (ie: ongoing training, performance check ins) and firm internal hiring
- Monitor metrics in BigTime consultant time tracking software – capacity, utilization – reporting findings to CEO / team
- Bring Firm improvements - identify areas for improvement (ie: where training or efficiencies are needed, improvements for the Firm, bring solutions to the table for how to improve)
- Serve as back up for additional capacity for client projects, performing full cycle search (strategy, sourcing, screening, candidate presents, client meetings through offer and hire)
- Participate in hiring and recruitment process for internal candidates to grow the consulting team

Your success is measured by overall Firm growth / ability for the Firm to take on additional client projects.
Lead Recruiter / Project Manager - You Have (Required):
- Experience in recruitment in a consulting, temp agency, perm placement or related consulting / agency environment where you provided services to multiple clients
- Experience performing or overseeing executive level searches (you must be able to provide the recruitment expertise to a team of recruitment consultants)
- Desire to be challenged – we have a culture of taking on challenge and continuous improvement
- Servant leadership mindset - you love helping other, providing mentorship and guidance and working collaboratively with others
- A high sense of urgency / enjoy operating efficiently in a rapid environment (you may work on 4 to 5 client projects in any given day and are assisting multiple recruiters)
- You think one step ahead to plan and project manage multiple projects
- Work in office in Rocklin CA on Monday and Thursday
Lead Recruiter / Project Manager - You Might Have (Beneficial, Not Required)
- SHRM, PHR, sPHR, SHRM-CA or related Human Resources certification
- Experience with Crelate ATS platform
- Experience monitoring metrics, KPIs in a consulting environment (utilization, billable hours)
