    Recruitment Consultant – Job Duties

    This role encompasses full-cycle recruitment, requiring you to source and screen candidates for a variety of clients and positions, spanning multiple industries, with a significant emphasis on trade occupations.

    • Participation in the sourcing strategy planning and team kick-off meeting, to obtain an understanding of the client needs based on the client intake and search intake meetings.
    • Performance of candidate sourcing (using various ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter).
    • Performance of a thorough initial candidate phone interview, documenting all relevant information gathered during the phone interview and providing value-added insights for presentation to client.
    • Prepare candidate offer letter, processing of background check and coordinating of other screenings, as needed, including providing recommendations to clients.
    • Support client recruitment efforts by providing coaching and consulting to clients including developing client interview guides, provide interview coaching to clients, periodic check-ins and assistance with onboarding.
    • Utilize our ATS software to track candidates and search progress, reporting status updates to the team and working with team to develop recruitment strategy for each role.

    A successful Recruiter is:

    • Able to interview a candidate and document the interview concurrently
    • Operate efficiently in a rapid environment (you may work on 4 to 5 client projects in any given day)
    • Is comfortable with a fast pace and has a sense of urgency
    • Thinks one step ahead to plan and work independently with strong project management skills.

    Recruiter – Required Skills, Experience & Capabilities

    • Ability to prioritize many different tasks and juggle many different roles and client priorities – you can work in a fast-paced environment
    • Deadline driven and high sense of urgency
    • Strong email organization skills – you are on top of your inbox and nothing slips through the cracks.
    • Project management skills - you are able to think ahead to where risk might be and take a next step accordingly
    • Drive, hunger and desire for growth and making an impact and get things done - you are excited to learn, grow your skills and you embrace challenges
    • Experience recruiting for high volume (especially in the construction or trade labor space is ideal)
    • We would be impressed if you were bilingual in Spanish

    Compensation DOE $65,000 to $75,000 base salary plus incentives based on individual performance and contribution. 

    Additional incentive bonuses available for sales contribution.
