Grubmarket Inc DBA Double Green Produce is a produce wholesaler located at 35 Division Place, Brooklyn NY 11222. We are looking for a bookkeeper or an accountant who is fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese preferred). We sponsor the H1B visa and Green Card based on working performance!

Work days:

• The hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Saturday onsite

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
• Proficient in using Office software and common accounting software
• Integrity and confidentiality; this position requires a person to maintain financial records for the entire organization, which requires a person of the highest moral character.

Responsibilities/ Job Description

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain an accurate ledger
• Check receipts and pay the bank by cash or check
• Monitor office expenses and pay supplier invoices
• Verify the accuracy of transactions and ensure they enter the ledger correctly
• Attention to detail with good oral and written communication skills.
