Guaranty Chevrolet is growing. We don't have enough sales people to keep up with our current customers. We are looking to hire multiple salespeople ASAP.

WE ARE NOT THE TYPICAL DEALERSHIP. We do not pressure customers, and we are evolving every day on how to better provide transportation options and service to our guests.

The work schedule includes working some evenings, every other weekend and some paid overtime.

You don't need experience in Automotive Sales, but DO need some experience in some form of customer service and a solid work ethic. For example, 3 of our managers worked in the restaurant industry before starting at Guaranty Chevrolet.

YOU ARE PAID WHILE IN TRAINING. Training period is usually 2-4 weeks. Training consist of:

1. General Motors online training on product and selling skills. (A few days to 1 Week)
2. Classroom training with the Dealership Trainer (2 days)
3. Shadowing of a Senior Sales Professional (1 to 2 Weeks)
