We currently have a Correspondent Loan Reviewer opportunity in an environment that focuses on providing exceptional customer service. This position will be responsible for reviewing closed loan packages for loan files sent to Guaranty Mortgage for purchase. This person will resolve any items discovered in review & post-closing of file review to facilitate delivery of the loan on secondary market.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

Review loan file for missing documentation

Verify all closing conditions are completed and contained in imaged file

Monitor necessary or corrective action on missing or needed documents

Confirm deficiencies are accurately resolved and documentation is received within appropriate deadlines

Coordinate and communicate with the correspondent conditions for loan purchase

Review and clear conditions to purchase as they are received, updating the correspondent throughout the process until the loan file is clear to be purchased. 

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR CORRESPONDENT LOAN REVIEWER

Post Closing experience preferred or experience in related field, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred

Effective problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to give attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and maintaining the company's customer service standards

Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, positive environment
