We currently have a Mortgage Loan Pre-Closer opportunity in an environment that focuses on providing exceptional customer service. This position will be responsible for reviewing and preparing mortgage loan closing documents.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

Reviews approved mortgage loan for conditions that must be met prior to closing

Prepares mortgage loan closing documents

Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documents and submissions for compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements

Coordinate and communicate with appropriate parties, including the title company

Success in the Mortgage Loan Pre-Closer…

High school diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred

Recent and relevant mortgage loan closing or title experience is required

Effective problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and maintaining the company’s customer service standards

Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, positive environment
