Mortgage Loan Post-Closing Document Specialist

We currently have a Mortgage Loan Post-Closing Document Specialist opportunity in an environment that focuses on providing exceptional customer service. This position will be responsible for supporting the post-closing process and assisting to resolve and complete documentation in the post-closing file to facilitate delivery of the loan to investors.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

Monitor necessary or corrective action on missing or needed documents

Verify all missing documentation is received, completed and documented in imaged file

Confirm deficiencies are accurately resolved and documentation is received within appropriate deadlines

Assure documents are distributed correctly and timely

Coordinate and communicate with any necessary/appropriate parties, including the title company

Success in the Mortgage Loan Post-Closing Document Specialist…

High school diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred

Effective problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and maintaining the company’s customer service standards

Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines

Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, positive environment
