CLINICAL FIELD MANAGER- OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING A MOTIVATED REGISTERED NURSE OR ADVANCED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER TO SERVE AS A CLINICAL MANAGER

The Clinical Field Manager of Home Health primary function is to onboard new patients, complete starts of care and transition to the primary RN to take over the case. The RN Clinical Field Manager facilitates and oversees quality initiatives and program implementation. This position ensures that services are provided in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization and conforms to all appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies. Flex as needed to support leadership and field nurses and assist with unexpected visits.  A very generous compensation package with partially remote working accommodation for qualified candidates.
