We are looking for an experienced Managing Associate/Financial Advisor to join our team at Guardian Austin in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for entrepreneurialism and strong analytical skill-sets. This individual should be driven by results, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a trusted advisor. We offer a generous benefits package, including a salary of 50,000 - $80,000 Based on experience. We have a strong training opportunities to ensure the success of the Managing Associate/Financial Advisor role. Responsibilities: • Manage a team both sourced and provided from the agency, and recruited themselves. • Joint work with less seasoned Advisors helping them close business • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure annual sales goals are met. • Research and evaluate investment products to recommend the best course of action for clients. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree does not have to Finance specific • Must have a Life and Health Insurance License, • Series 7 License, and Series 66 or take within a certain timeline. This is paid for by the Firm • Two to three years of experience in financial services or insurance recruiting. • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000+
