Airbnb Turnover Specialist (7 days/week) Role: This role is being created to help us continue to serve our guests incredibly well. You will be responsible for cleaning all Airbnb’s to the highest standard. It will be this person’s responsibility to check cleaning supply levels, purchase cleaning supplies when the levels are low, turn over the entire Airbnb using the provided checklist, drop off laundry at a central location to be cleaned, and make any notes of damages seen on the property during cleaning. Problem: We have several Airbnb properties and we need a dedicated, go-to person to spearhead the period of time from when a guest checks out to when the new guest checks in. • Process: Guest Checkout --> Clean --> Resupply (cleaning supplies) --> Reset (Quality Check) --> Ready for guest check-in --> Rinse and Repeat • Solution: Partnering with a hardworking, determined, goal-oriented entrepreneurial person with a 7 days/week flexible schedule to take ownership over this process and master it! • Reward: Consistent $1,000/mo + earned bonuses when we execute at a high level SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work can be broken down into 4 parts. 1) Property Check-in • This requires the following: Check for any items left behind by the guest, check for damages on the property, check for missing items, and make list of supplies that are low. 2) Complete Airbnb Cleaning Checklist on the Breezeway App • This is a provided checklist that list out different areas of the house and what you should be completing in each room. • Beds: Take off old sheets and replace with clean sheets, vacuuming and/or mop, dust all hard surfaces, check for trash, etc. • Kitchen: Load run and empty dishwasher, clean all appliances, clean and sanitize sinks countertops, backsplash, sweep/vacuum, and mop floors, clean out crumbs from toaster, remove all food left behind by the guest, etc. • Living Room: Sweep/vacuum and mop floors, dust all hard surfaces, clean under couches and chairs, clean under seat cushions, etc. • Laundry Room: Verify washer and dryer are empty, remove lint from dryer trap, clean detergent drawers, remove trash. 3) Quality Control Check This is your final walkthrough of the house after you have completed all the cleaning tasks. • 1) Ensure all garbage is removed from the house • 2) Toilet paper is stocked in both bathrooms and the current roll on holder is folded into the triangle referenced in the Breezeway checklist • 3) Towels are folded neatly on each bed. Two body towels per guest and two wash clothes per guest • 4) Temperature is at the correct setting • 5) Welcome booklet is placed on the kitchen table with the garage door opener if applicable • 6) There are no hairs in the sinks, showers, or in/around the toilets • 7) TVs turn on properly • 8) Dishwasher pods and garbage bags are present for guest use • 9) All lights are turned off • 10) Guest code works properly • 11) The guest has a clear walking path to the door 4) Laundry turnover and dropoff • The laundry will be taken to a central drop location each time you turnover a place. • 1) Drop off at Maytag laundromat • 2) You will receive a call from Maytag once the cleaning of the linens and towels is complete • 3) Pickup laundry • 4) Return to Airbnb into the proper bins located in the cleaning closet Responsibilities: Visit residences to perform a variety of house cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Preference for house cleaners with 1+ years experience, but not required Possesses a strong work ethic along with time management and interpersonal skills Good understanding of home cleaning techniques and products We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly Compensation: $1,000 monthly + bonuses
