    Responsibilities:

    Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments.

    Collect and analyze data related to payment and debt history.

    Reach out to customers to discuss outstanding debts in a professional manner.

    Provide guidance and assistance to clients facing billing and credit problems.

    Manage payment and refund operations.

    Develop measures to encourage timely payments.

    Maintain historical records of account statuses and collection operations.

    Generate reports on collection operations and customer account updates.

    Requirements:

    Profound knowledge of collection techniques and billing procedures.

    Comfortable working with targets.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

    Stress-resistant and highly productive.

    Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

    Practical experience with Office tools and databases.
