The Job:

****It's a simple 3-step process:

First: You will consult with individuals/businesses over the phone

Second: Listen to their tax problems

Third: Provide them with a solution designed specifically for their needs by our tax professionals

This is an entirely phone-based position; no face-to-face contact required

__Our managers and team leaders will always be available to answer questions on the spot and provide support at all times to make sure you succeed!

What we are looking for:

****Inside sales position (No face to face)In expansion mode! (We need managers and we always promote from within)

Sales experience (1 year) is preferred but not required

Experience working in the following industries could be a plus: mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, and/or personal finance

Outstanding telephone communication skills

Compensation:

• Highly competitive starting compensation during training
• Earn commissions of $15,000+ month Top Performers
• Average Performer will make $8500 per month

Who You Are:

****To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

• Speaks with a strong and clear phone voice (vocabulary and grammar included)
• Smoothly, handles multiple tasks at one time
• Exercises patience and compassion on the phone, regardless of caller demographic/identity
• General experience with Word, Excel, and Sales CRM software
• Willing to work in our office with other colleagues
