Responsibilities:
- Contacting the IRS on behalf of clients.
- Filling out Case Summaries.
- Requesting Transcripts for Case Managers.
- Phone-based position with no face-to-face contact required.
What We're Looking For:
- CAF #.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience with outbound telephone sales is preferred but not required.
