Imagine a role where every day is an adventure, and you become the hero helping clients with settlement offers, payment plans, and shielding them from IRS audits! As a Client Care Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and your career.

• Case Manager Extraordinaire: Be the main point of contact between clients and Tax Professionals.
• Client Advocate: Handle a caseload of resolution and tax prep files, assisting clients with documentation and follow-ups.
• Communication Guru: Document all client interactions and maintain regular contact via phone and email.
• Closer: Aim for at least 15 case closures per month and maintain a minimum of 2 hours of talk time daily (3-4 hours preferred).

What We're Looking For:

• Call Center Customer Service Experience: Background in Debt Settlement CS, Student Loan CS, Car Warranty CS, or similar fields.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal skills.
• Time Management Maestro: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving smoothly.
• Positive Vibes: Enjoy a workspace filled with good music to boost productivity.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year as a Case Manager is a plus, but not required. No experience? No problem! We encourage you to apply.
