The Job:
- Phone-Based Position: Engage with clients over the phone, utilizing a simple 3-step process: consult, listen, and provide tailored solutions.
- Supportive Environment: Managers and team leaders are readily available to answer questions, provide support, and ensure your success.
What We're Looking For:
- Inside Sales Experience: While preferred, we welcome individuals with a drive to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong phone communication, coupled with effective listening skills.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, or personal finance is a plus ** , and tax resolution (not required but also a plus).**
