    Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

    Responsibilities:

    Represent Tapville's Core Values

    Answer phones within two rings, answering questions and taking reservations in a friendly and efficient manner

    Manage waitlist and prepare seating assignments prior to service

    Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and escort them to their table

    Thank and re-invite departing guests

    Ensure guests receive Tapville's Five-Star guest experience; follow up on any issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction

    Execute role-specific Tapville Social brand operating procedures

    Organize, stock, and clean station

    Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures

    Physical Requirements:

    Must be at least 19 years old

    Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays

    Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day

    Able to exert fast-paced mobility to accomplish tasks. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.

    Ability to work within the following conditions: wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise

    Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
