    Atlas Ocean Voyages is seeking a highly motivated, locally based, GUEST CONCIERGE – GLOBAL RESERVATIONS professional to join our team. As a Guest Concierge – Global Reservations , you will serve as a key liaison between our discerning guests, travel advisors, and the Atlas brand. You will ensure that every interaction reflects our core values: discovery, authenticity, and elevated service.     Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver best-in-class service to our guests and travel advisor partners via phone, and email, providing support for existing bookings, modifications, and detailed itinerary inquiries.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for all Atlas itineraries, onboard experiences, and pre-/post-voyage offerings.
    • Address complex inquiries, escalations, or requests with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
    • Assist with financial transactions including payments, refunds, booking adjustments, and promotions.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Guest Services, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Participate in proactive outbound communication for special campaigns, pre-departure assistance, or guest retention efforts.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of company policies, procedures, and promotions, and effectively communicate them to clients and partners.
    • Actively contributes to team goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
    • Safeguards guest privacy and handle all sensitive information in compliance with company standards.

    Requirements

    • This position is on-site based in our corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
    • Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury travel, cruise, or hospitality guest services/reservations.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and engaging phone presence.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM and reservations platforms a plus.
    • Passion for travel, global cultures, and delivering elevated customer service.
    • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Flexible working shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
