As a Guest Experience Agent, you will work with guests to ensure that every step of their experience with us is as smooth as possible. You will aid in the creation of reservations, work with guests in person, and follow up via reviews and email. You will be the first contact, and the face of the company.

Requirements:
Ability to navigate basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
Experience working in customer service
An open mind and willingness to learn new skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work long days (up to 11hrs/ day)
Current First Aid/ CPR Certifications or willingness to obtain these
Desired Skills:
Problem solving skills
Detail oriented, flexible, and a team player
Knowledge of the Southern Arizona ecology
Physically fit: capable of lifting and carrying items 20+ pounds
