We’re looking for a positive, energetic Guest Experience Associate who enjoys connecting with people and delivering exceptional hospitality. This is much more than a front desk position, you’ll guide guests through their wellness journey while helping them discover services that fit their needs.

What You’ll Do

Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm

Explain our wellness services and help guests choose the best experience

Conduct spa tours and educate first-time guests

Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally

Schedule appointments using our booking software

Recommend memberships, packages, and retail products

Prepare float suites and sauna rooms between guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa

Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties

Follow up with guests after their visit

Work as part of a supportive, positive team

What We’re Looking For

Friendly and naturally outgoing

Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others

Comfortable educating guests and making recommendations

Detail-oriented and organized

Dependable and punctual

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional in both appearance and communication

Willing to learn new wellness concepts

Available evenings and weekends

Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, fitness, spas, hotels, or customer service is preferred but not required.
