What You’ll Do
Deliver a consistent 5-star experience from check-in to check-out
Build real rapport with guests and members
Guide guests through our membership program with confidence
Retain members by creating an experience they don’t want to leave
Support daily operations while keeping the energy high and the pace strong
What We’re Looking For
Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect and influence
Sales-minded and motivated by performance and results
Reliable, coachable, and able to take feedback and apply it quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
Professional, positive, and composed under pressure
Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience required
Schedule Expectations
30–35 hours per week
4–5 shifts per week
Must be available for a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends
Flexible, open availability is strongly preferred
Reliable transportation required (ability to support both locations)
Compensation & Growth
Competitive hourly pay
Guaranteed $1/hour increase every 6 months with strong performance and attendance
