Role Summary
The Guest Experience Manager plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client journey from the moment they walk in the door to long after they leave. This position blends front-desk responsibilities with backend operations and creative marketing duties.
Key Responsibilities
· • Front Desk Operations: Greet clients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a seamless scheduling experience
· • Phone & Email Management: Answer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
· • Lead & Client Management: Follow up with prospects, nurture client relationships, and support retention
· • Marketing Support: Assist in maintaining and executing a marketing calendar, including content coordination and social media engagement
· • Event Planning: Help plan, organize, and execute client events and in-clinic promotions
· • Inventory Oversight: Track product usage and reorder supplies as needed
· • Additional Duties: Provide general clinic support as needed—flexibility is key!
